justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Tahoma;\">The Empowerment and Capacity Building Department at the Woman\u2019s Studies Center at the University of Baghdad held a scientific seminar titled \u201cWomen and Artificial Intelligence in Decision-Making\u201d on Sunday, December 29, 2024, in the center\u2019s meeting hall.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Tahoma;\">The seminar was presented by Lecturer Heba Abdul Mohsen from the Empowerment and Capacity Building Department, who discussed the concept of artificial intelligence, its impact, and its social dimensions, as well as the role of women in decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Tahoma;\">The session, moderated by Assistant Lecturer Rasha Ali Saleh, concluded with several recommendations, including:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Tahoma;\">\u2022\u2019s Supporting young woman to study scientific and technological fields related to artificial intelligence by providing scholarships and targeted training programs.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Tahoma;\">\u2022 Launching specialized initiatives and training programs to enhance woman\u2019s technical and managerial skills necessary for decision-making using artificial intelligence.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Tahoma;\">\u2022 Promoting societal awareness of the role of women in the field of artificial intelligence and the importance of their participation in decision-making through media and social media
