The event, held in the center\u2019s conference hall, featured the participation of distinguished researchers and academics.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">The symposium commenced with a research paper presented by Prof. Dr. Athraa Ismail Zidan, Director of the Center, titled The Impact of Women\u2019s Participation in Voluntary Work on the Development of Their Leadership and Social Skills. The presentation emphasized the significance of voluntary work in enhancing women\u2019s leadership capabilities and improving their communication and community-building skills.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">Additionally, Asst. Prof. Dr. Farah Ghanim Saleh from the College of Education for Women \u2013 Department of Arabic Language, presented a research paper on The Role of University Professors in Voluntary Participation to Strengthen the Value System Among Generations. She underscored the role of voluntary work in reinforcing societal values and stressed the importance of academic engagement in fostering this culture among students and future generations.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">The symposium concluded with several key recommendations:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">1.Promoting a culture of voluntary work among women through awareness and training programs.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">2.Empowering women through volunteering by providing training programs and online platforms.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">3.Supporting voluntary work through
