The first section examined the concept of women\u2019s political participation, while the second addressed the relationship between women and democratic political parties. The third section focused on the impact of political parties in enhancing women\u2019s participation in political life.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">The study emphasized the vital role of political parties in empowering Iraqi women by supporting and preparing female cadres politically and encouraging them to engage in electoral processes. This, in turn, enables them to participate in decision-making and governance.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">The workshop concluded with a set of recommendations, including:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">1.Strengthening confidence in Iraqi women\u2019s competence in administration and leadership.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">2.Providing training programs to support female cadres in political work.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">3.Encouraging women to actively participate in elections and in selecting their representatives.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: inherit;\">This event aligns with the Third National Action Plan for Women, Peace, and Security (2025), particularly Pillar: Participation and
