[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]On Tuesday, October 15, 2024, the Empowerment and Capacity Building Department at the Woman\u2019s Studies Center, University of Baghdad, held a discussion session titled \u201cGuidelines for Working Women to Combat Harassment and Workplace Misconduct and How to Report It.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The session, led by Assistant Lecturer Rasha Ali Saleh, covered various types of harassment and provided essential advice and guidance for women facing harassment. The workshop concluded with several recommendations, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Providing awareness programs to resist harassment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Activating the family role in monitoring and educating society on the procedures to follow when harassment occurs.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Enforcing legal and social deterrents to curb this phenomenon.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
