On Wednesday, September 25, 2024, as part of its ongoing cooperation with governmental institutions. The delegation was represented by the Director of the Woman’s Studies Center, Prof. Dr. Athraa Ismail, Assistant Prof. Dr. Saba Hussein, Head of the Policies and Legislation Department, and Dr. Shaimaa Majid, Head of the Scientific Unit at the Center. They were received by Mr. Duraid Dhari Daas, the Director General of Educational Planning, and Mrs. Duaa Abdulrahman Yaqoub, the Director of the Woman’s Affairs Department at the Ministry.
During the meeting, a cooperation mechanism was signed between both parties, aiming to conduct various scientific activities to advance the status of women and society. This visit is part of a series of visits by the Woman’s Studies Center to enhance mutual cooperation between state institutions.
