The Woman’s Affairs Unit at the Woman’s Studies Center at the University of Baghdad held a workshop on Monday, October 7, 2024, titled “The Legal and Psychological Aspects of Developing Work Behavior.” The workshop took place in the center’s meeting hall.
The workshop, led by Dr. Rana Talib Yaseen, addressed several topics related to the psychological aspect of work behavior. She explained its concept and the standards that enhance woman’s motivation to work. The workshop, attended by a number of the center’s employees and faculty members, included a discussion on how the psychological aspect affects work behavior.
The workshop concluded with several recommendations:
- Work behavior is influenced by job satisfaction. Employees who feel satisfied are usually more productive and committed to their work.
- Enhancing the positive psychological state of employees to increase their desire to achieve goals and accomplishments.
- Developing digital and technological skills to achieve knowledge advancement.
